For all assignments we were instructed to draw the skeleton first, then the muscles, and then a final render. These are drawings I did for my Animal Anatomy class. The first assignment was to draw a horse. This one shows how to draw some Animals, specifically Goats and Pigs. These come from a Circa 1913 Drawing book. (I'll have you know I drew that polar bear with my eyes closed. Mammal anatomy is not so different to human anatomy so we practised a bit drawing basic skeletal structures.
